I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached both the insert and the topper onto a white base card and cut around the front of the card.

I then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads and finished by adding yellow gems to the piano keys.

This is a very novel way of sending your greeting and this can be used for many different occasions.
