I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I mounted onto an 8 x 8 embossed card and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added card candy to the verse and finished off by tying some cream tassels down the spine

I cut out the base of the card and glued it on to a 8x8 scalloped edge card I then layered the decoupage with foam pads and attached to the front of the card
