I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and cut around the shape. I then added the insert using dst and all the decoupage onto the front of the card using foam pads.

I also added two die-cut blue holographic corners and a sentiment. A very striking card which is extremely easy to make.
