I printed the card elements onto 230gsm photo paper and the insert onto 100gsm paper and cut out all the pieces.
I layered the main image onto a blue glitter mat and attached this and the insert onto a white base card.
I then added the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads. A super card which is easy to make and suitable for a variety of occasions.
