I mounted onto a card with a punched border and added the pocket using sticky pads to the sides and bottom.

I printed out twice to add a matching insert and decoupaged using sticky pads.

I used the get well verse to add inside my pocket and added a ribbon and ric-rac bow threaded with lilac pearls to the tag.

I finished off by adding a sentiment badge to the front pocket
