Red Tulips on Satin Popout Panel Mini KitCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this kit onto 180gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I assembled the card as per the instructions. I then added all the decoupage using foam pads. A brilliant design that is quick and easy to make and is suitable for many occasions.
