I printed onto 200gsm card and scored before cutting out. I folded the base card and added the inner panel using wet glue. I then added the pop out panel using dst and hung the dangling element with blue thread using dst.
I then added the decoupage and sentiment to the front of the card using foam pads. A super card that is easy to make and sure to impress.
