I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I scored, cut slits and folded as required and assembled the card, using a wet glue to add the inner framed element then I added the insert using dst and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.

A beautiful card which is not difficult to make but looks super and is suitable for many occasions.
