Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I stuck the Topper to a Bright Pink matt matching the colors on the Design, then used DST to attach Topper to a white card.
Foam Pads were used to add the Decoupage. I stuck a White Pearl in the middle of Bow.
I then scored and folded the Gift card, and stuck a Pearl in the middle of the Bow. This Design has the Wow factor.
