I reduced the size and made a diamond top card in matching card. I mounted my topper onto the diamond top and decoupaged with sticky pads. I added a tassel before adding my chosen sentiment. I decorated the front with corners from the fan base and added lilac gems.

I added 2 punched butterflies and another sentiment to the bottom corner. This is a beautiful design
