I made a diamond top spring card out of an A4 sheet of co-ordinating pearl card and mounted my topper.

I added the segments using sticky pads and added a punched butterfly and matching ribbon bow.

I added a sentiment to the card base that reads (have a fantastic birthday) This is such a pretty design that looks so effective on this style card
