Blue Bird - Decoupage Card Mini KitCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionMiscellaneous/Other / Miscellaneous
I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out. I attached the insert and main topper onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. I embellished with pearls.
An adorable card that is easy to make and suitable for many occasions.
