Birthday verse card front 2

Printed on good quality photo paper cut out and layered onto a die cut border then onto the black backing paper and onto a blank card I then added 2 different size gift cards to complete this gorgeous design.

I loved this design

I carefully printed the design out 2 times on matt photo paper

I cut the central piece out of the first layer

Using this piece i then mounted this and cut around the central area

I matched up the 2 pieces so that when the card is opened and closed the actual poem is on the insert sheet

viewable when the card is closed also

I decoupaged the rose over 3 layers using 2mm foam pads

added a black stick on border and mounted the greeting over it

the finishing touch is from a handmade black bow

simple and subtle but an amazing card to make
