Printed on good quality photo paper cut out and layered with foam onto a blue backing and blank card .
I then added a pretty die cut border and bird . I then added gift card and insert to complete this gorgeous design.
printed then cut out this beautiful card i used a lilac card and envelope for this with DST stuck on the base and stuck in the insert used mounts for the decoupage and added glitter to the flowers to finish.
