I used an 8 x 8 lilac spotty scalloped edge card as my base and added my topper and all the ample decoupage using sticky pads.

I printed the base out again to use as an insert. I reduced the sentiment and added as a tag dangling from the handle.

I added 4 tiny matching butterflies and a matching bow to finish. This is absolutely gorgeous
