I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a pale blue pearlescent base card and added the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.
To finish I added gold corner peel offs.
A lovely card which is easy to make and is useful for a number of occasions.
