Scallop Topper Pink RosesCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this kit onto 160gsm at half size and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image and the insert onto a cerise/white spotted base card and added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.

A vibrant card which is quick and easy to make and is suitable for many different occasions.
