I made a diamond top card out of matching pink card and added my topper at a side view this time for a different look.

I decoupaged with sticky pads and added a tassel on the fan base.

I printed out a small fan to decorate the front and added 2 punched butterflies to finish off. This is a stunning design that just looks a bit different when mounted onto a novelty card
