I did something different this time just to show how versatile these lovely toppers are so I made a screen panel card with 2 simple folds, then I just cut round the shape of the toppers.

The centre topper was printed out full size and the 2 side toppers are the gift tags that I enlarged a little.

I flipped the right side in my graphic programme so that the sides were (facing) each other. But if you cannot do this it still looks good. I printed out 3 times and decoupaged with sticky pads.

I added the insert to the back of the centre topper and added a back to the side toppers so that it looks just as good on the back with none of the pink card showing at all.

I wrapped pink ribbon round the sides of the centre topper, tying to a bow at the front. I finished off by adding some small punched butterflies. This looks really effective and makes a stunning card because it is such a stunning design
