I matted some co-ordinating backing paper onto an A5 scalloped edge card and rounded the corners before punching holes down the spine.

I mounted my topper using thin sticky pads and decoupaged all the pieces and added the pyramid layers using thicker sticky pads.

I threaded matching ribbon through the punched holes bringing the 2 ribbon ends up through the top hole. On one ribbon end I attached 2 small sentiments tags (back to back) and on the other ribbon end I threaded 4 beads and 3 pink pearls.

These were both left to dangle down the side of the card.

I added a matching ribbon and organza bow to the top of the topper and also threaded beads to the ribbon ends.

I added the matching insert, punched a hole in the gift tag and threaded the same matching ribbon through, with beads and pearls.

This is such a gorgeous design and makes a very pretty and feminine card
