I printed the base design onto 300gms card to give good stability,and the decoupage onto photo paper,I cut out all the elements,scored and folded the base card and added the decoupage with thin foam pads,To complete I added glossy accents to the rain drops and a pink double bow.A beautiful design roses really do grow on you.
