I mounted the base onto a rose embossed card with a rose punched corner and added the pocket using sticky pads at the sides and bottom only.

I fixed the blank tag in using sticky pads and then slotted the Anniversary tag in so that it was removable.

The blank tag is just for added effect. I decoupaged with sticky pads and finished off with an elasticated pearl bow to the spine. This is a pretty design in a lovely shade of lilac
