I mounted onto an 8 x 8 cream card with a punched edge and added the centre layer and decoupaged using sticky pads.

I added my chosen sentiment and finished off by tying a matching ribbon and organza bow down the spine.

This is a simple but very stylish design that is just perfect for any Anniversary card, but can but used for all accasions
