UNIQUE card that is also a keepsake.
You will need 3 brads for this bright card so the dials turn. You choose the date, day and month at the turn of the wheels. The baby details can be written on the tag that the little bear is holding - name, time, weight, height, hospital and doctor - great keepsake and the parents could pass this to their child when they turn 18!!
Written instructions are included it is easy to make and the graphics are beautiful.

I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main topper onto a white base card and cut around the shape. I then made holes through which I would pass my brads to attach the three calendar 'circles'.
I then added the decoupage using foam pads. A novel card that is not difficult to make but sure to wow the recipients.
