This very cute Christmas topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for the sentiment.

I stuck the main picture onto an A5 sized white card using double-sided sticky tape. I then used sticky foam pads to stick the decoupage layers on. I added some shiny sequins to the card for that extra bit of Christmas magic. Finally, I added the sentiment to the bottom of the card.
I love penguins and I love this funny design!
