I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces.
I attached the insert and main topper onto a tartan patterned base card and added the decoupage using foam pads.
I finished by adding gems to the centre of the bows. A vibrant card that is very easy to make and sure to impress all recipients..
