Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a pretty blue card with poinsettia diecut border I then added tiny pearls to the border to complete this stunning design.
I printed onto matte card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with pearls.
