A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment and a few pearl embellishment

Printed onto thin card. Placed main image onto a scalloped card with tape and used pads for the layers. I added some glitter.
I printed this on good quality double sided matte photo paper. I used red coloured card topped with white coloured card as the background, adhered with double sided tape. For the base I used double sided tape again and 1mm adhesive foam squares for the layers.
Finished off with silver trim and stickles glitter.
