Cute Little Skiing Bear Scalloped Round Easel Card Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and scored before cutting out all the pieces. I then folded the base card and attached the main topper using wet glue. I then added the decoupage and sentiment stop using foam pads.
A gorgeous card that is not difficult to make and sure to impress recipients.
