There are 5 sentiments - Merry Christmas, Christmas Greetings, A Christmas Wish, Special Christmas, Christmas Blessings - or a blank tag for your own message.
The finished size is about 7in x 7in. Instructions are included.

I printed on matte paper and added the layers using foam pads. Finished with pearls, gems, glitter and a bow.
This is such a lovely design - simple to make up and creates a very beautiful card.
