I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and scored, as necessary, before cutting out. I attached the smaller panel to the base card, using wet glue. I then added the decoupage using foam pads, attaching a small gem to the centre of the bow.
A very quick and easy card to make but one that still has wow factor.
