I printed onto 250 gram smooth card and made up by gluing the back and front together at the top and adding the concertina fold to the inner bottom.

I decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads and added my chosen sentiment.

I scored and folded the matching gift tag/note card to finish off. If you do not want to write on the back you can use the little card to write your message
