I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added gems, glitter and a sentiment. A gorgeous, very sweet design.

I printed the card elements onto 230gsm photo paper and the insert onto 100gsm paper and cut out all the pieces.
I attached the main topper and the insert onto a red/gold base card using dst. I then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.
A very cute card which is easy to make and sure to please.
