I printed out onto 240 gram smooth card ,cut and scored were needed and decoupaged using sticky pads ,finishing by adding sentiment.

I printed the sheets onto A5 size matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and scored & folded the card base.
I added the layers using sticky pads. Other captions could be Have A Cool Birthday or Especially for you. Just let me know.
