I printed the card front and decoupage sheets onto photo paper and the insert onto 100gsm paper. I mounted the front onto a piece of card and then cut all the pieces out. I traced around the card front on some more card, cut it out and attached the insert.
I then scored a line on the card back so the card can open, and stuck the front and back together.
Then I added all the decoupage with a combination of 1mm foam pads and glue gel.
