Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto blue spotty paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert.

I printed the card elements onto 230gsm photo paper and the insert onto 100gsm paper and cut out all the pieces.
I attached the main image and insert onto a white base card and added a silver peel off border to frame the topper.
I then added the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads. A beautiful card which is very easy to make and such a cutie.
