I printed out all the sheets onto good quality white card stock. Then I cut out all of the elements and adhered them to the card using double-sided sticky foam pads. I then assembled the box using double sided sticky tape.

I also added gems on the side buttons to add a bit of sparkle. A very lovely gift box when completed!
