I printed onto Crafty Bob's 200 gram smooth matt card and made up following the simple instructions. The inner box is just made with 10 simple mountain fold and 6 slits...no gluing is required at all. I added the inner box to the outer cover using strong double sided tape.

I punched 2 holes in the top and tied with red ribbon. These are great as little stocking fillers to put small gifts and treats in. The children will love making these
