I printed this kit onto 180gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded the back and attached the front to it using a wet glue. I then added the insert using dst and the decoupage using foam pads.

I used a bronze thread to add the birthday tag which I had adhered to the corresponding patterned tag. A very girly card which is suitable for many occasions.
