Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto blue spotty paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with some blue jewels and a pink insert.
I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. I covered a card with polka dot paper. Mounted the topper and layered. Added a bow tied from ribbon and lace and a greeting. A gorgeous design. If you purchase this finished card, you will receive a 6x6 card.
