I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a pearlescent blue base card and added the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.

To finish I added faux ribbon from cup492151-96,(great to have in reserve if you do not have just the right colour).

A super little card which is very easy to make and is sure to be well received.
