I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces.

I attached the insert and main topper onto a white base card and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.

I embellished with pearls.

A stunning card that is very easy to make and sure to impress no matter what the occasion.
