I have designed card that can be used on any birthday or anniversary between 0-99. It comes in 2 parts one card front and one step by step with a insert. If you don't like step by step you can just use the card part.
Just spin the circles to choose the number. All instructions are on the sheet

I printed all the sheets from this kit onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I assembled the card as per the very concise instructions and added the wheels (which do not need brads). To finish I added all the decoupage using foam pads.
A great card which can be used for any birthday from 1 to 99!!!!
