This design is one of Janet Briggs , Lovely cute design.
This is a matt card on 225gsm white card. I cut out all the design decoupage and the design base,
I fixed the base with DST to the 8ins x 8ins card, all the decoupage was placed in position with Foam adhesive circles.

I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a punched mat, then on to a polka dot card. Layered all elements. Added butterflies, gems and glitter. A greeting can be added if required. A gorgeous design to suit many occasions.
