I added to a matching base card then printed on matte card, I copied the bows and printed a second copy of the picture with the sentiment and the bows on matte card, I cut away the ares on the right of the lace and used for the first layer of decoupage that I added with foam squares.
I added matching glitter to the lace and edges of the picture, bows and sentiment, last I used glossy accents on the eyes.
