I printed on Matt photo paper, added the base layer to a 6 x 8 inch card. I printed the decoupage a little larger by mistake but it still worked well with the design. I used glitter and frantarge heat embossing enamel to highlight this stunning design.
Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper. Using an 8 x 8 scalloped card I placed a grey pearl used backing card using DST and then placed the topper with DST.
I then put black beads around the edge and a silver border around the topper.
To finish off I then used glitter glue and pearls and stars.
