I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto a white card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I finished with gems.
I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with organza dotted bow and blue pearls.
