FRONT OPEN DOOR Kit - Birthday Dove
These are a new and original idea, with a set of gatefold doors on the front of the card which are smaller than the front, allowing a border around the outside. Inside the doors is an appropriate image, and on the front, a shield with an inspirational quote or sentiment. There is a card back included in the kit as well as a matching insert with room for your personal message. They are easy to make and every kit contains a simple, picture tutorial to show you the way. Greetings tiles in the kit are for Daughter, Mother, Sister, Friend, Granddaughter, For You! and blank. The overall size is approx 7x7 inches.
This birthday design is filled with pink roses and the picture inside the doors is of a beautiful dove with pink blossom, beside a flame-lit pottery lantern. The message on the front reads 'Joy & Peace begin with a Smile... Happy Birthday'

.I printed the back and inserts onto 160gsm card and the rest onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces.
I scored and folded as required and assembled the card using a wet glue. I then added the decoupage using foam pads.
Great cards which look difficult but are in fact very easy to make.
