I mounted onto an 8 x 8 scalloped edge card and decoupaged with sticky pads. Before adding the curly border I slipped a silver elasticated bead trim over and fastoned at the back with the sticky pads.

I added some matching beads to the silver cord in the gift tag.

This looks so effective in real but does not show up good in the picture
