I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I layered the main image onto a black mat and attached this to a flower patterned base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads.

I finished by adding a faux bow (cup492151-96).

A striking card which is easy to make and suitable for a variety of occasions.
